"I decided to shop around for a local insurance agent after a horrendously disappointing emu-themed experience where I could never reach a human being, got hung up on, blown off, and ignored and got the run around from those I did get ahold of- just trying to get information about our policies and heaven forbid you need an update on a claim! What a mess. Because I had tried State Farm in the past with a good experience, I called the David Casteel State Farm office here in town. The account manager I reached was immediately friendly and reassuring in the most genuine manner. They answered all of my questions for a quick quote to accommodate my schedule between meetings and emailed the details over. Needless to say with a home quote THAT competitive, i was sold! Savannah made the whole experience easy peasy and a breeze to get switched over, making sure to dot the i's and cross the t's, contacting our old company and emailing the relevant third parties to make sure everything was in order. Not to mention being a pleasure to talk to- we even found out we went to high school together! That personal, human touch makes all the difference to me when dealing with something that can be generally unpleasant like insurance. I feel as though we, our home, and cars are in good hands now!!
